Campaign objectives and details:

  • Reward & activate loyal customers w/ free tickets and promotion activities before, during and after the event
  • To fill the arena during Blues’ important home game
  • Introduce and promote products and services of campaign partners

  • Campaign was sent to loyal customers with an option to invite a friend or give a ticket to a Guess logo.jpgfriend
  • A personalized campaign message was sent to the invited friends with similar options (more viral!)
  • Return messages worked as mobile tickets in the arena
  • Campaign was sent only 26 hours prior to the start of the game as a RaaS by AinaCom and BookIT

Campaign results: 1. and 2. phase

  • 1300 people attented the game with free tickets
  • Member-get-member –campaign feature produced hundreds of new and potential customer contacts
  • Everybody were extremely pleased with the event as a whole as well as the game won!
  • 2. phase: follow-up iSMS campaign:  the new expanded customer registry were offered ticket packages to the following games à hundreds of tickets sold!
