  • Golfpiste.com membership card offers 2 for 1 - greenfees etc. to over 80 courses in Finland
  • Last year’s members who had not yet ordered the card for 2010

  • To get an order to renew membership
  • To offer two subscriber gifts to choose from
  • Update postal addresses
  • Campaign dialog had 3 -stages
  • Campaign was sent on the last day of the renewal campaign
  • Campaign was executed as a BookIT RaaS

 

Campaign results:

  • Response and renewal rate 18%
  • Everyone selected a gift and postal addresses were also updated
  • End-customer statement: ”I ordered the card because the ordering was made so easy”
