The third largest commercial bank in Finland, Sampo Bank, has started to utilize intelligent SMS (iSMS) in its internal and external operations. Sampo Bank and BookIT have jointly developed iSMS service solutions, which have created immediate returns and improvements.
Sampo Bank has started to use an iSMS service solution as part of its CallCenter customer activities. This new service solution was introduced in the beginning of this year and has already brought excellent results and improvements. Sampo Banks’ CallCenter uses iSMS, for example to offer meeting times for customers and to send them other tailored messages. This new communication tool and tailored iSMS messages have been welcomed by customer because they have been able to reply with a single letter ,whenever and wherever they choose.
This new iSMS service solution has brought significant financial and process improvements for Sampo Bank,
CallCenter and its customers. With this new intelligent solution, Sampo Banks’ Financial advisors’ have significantly been able to increase the number of customer contacts as well as no-shows with over 25%.
