Accenture Network harnesses the Bookit iSMS platform to create a direct link to their important network services customers.  The Accenture Global Control Center helps hundreds of customers manage their  mission-critical network applications, with vital information on planned maintenance service interruptions – as well as critical outage alerts.  The system also informs customers about repair and service recovery status.
